  5. [N]et Mail area toggle     -  tell Phoenix where your net mail area is

  7. [C]reate an area           -  create a new area starting at the last number.

  9. [L]ist areas               -  display contents of area. No changes allowed.
  10.  
  11. [A]rea security level      -  set access level for this area.
  12.  
  13. [M]odify an area           -  make changes to an existing area.

  15. [D]escription              -  text user will see in menu
  16.  
  17. [F]ilename for area        -  you may define a file to be dumped whenever
  18.                               a user changes to the area.
  19.  
  20. [I]nclude To/From in message - Should Phoenix display who the message is
  21.                                to and from?

  23. [P]ublic only area         -  you may declare an area as public only.
  24.                               No private messages will be allowed.

  26. [S]ave record              -  Save changes. If you forget, Phoenix will
  27.                               prompt you. If you quit without saving, it
  28.                               will be automatically saved.

  30. [Q]uit to previous menu    -  leave update and return to calling menu

  36. [R]emove Deleted records from file  - pack file to permanently remove records.

  38. [Z] Delete/Undelete toggle -  mark area for removal. Can be undeleted but
  39.                               is permanent once file is packed.
